Regional 03 of Education, Azua strengthens the capabilities of Initial Level personnel for the 2026 Summer Session

Azua.– The Regional Directorate of Education 03, Azua, carried out a training session aimed at district technicians, coordinators, and leaders of pedagogical groups of the Initial Level, with the objective of strengthening their competencies as trainers of trainers and ensuring an effective implementation of the 2026 Summer Session.

The initiative was aimed at consolidating the pedagogical leadership of the participants through training, planning, and coordination spaces, allowing them to provide efficient support to classroom teachers during the course of the workday.

During the meeting, the importance of promoting relevant and contextualized training was highlighted, based on reflection on educational practice, pedagogical support, and the application of innovative strategies that favor the integral development of boys and girls, as well as the achievement of the competencies established for the Initial Level.

The activity featured the participation of the regional director of Education 03 Azua, teacher Jorge Antonio De los Santos, who urged the technical teams to maintain their commitment to strengthening educational quality from the early years of schooling. Likewise, he valued continuous training as an essential pillar for improving teaching and learning processes.

The event was organized by the regional coordinator of the Initial Level, Enerola Ovando, together with the regional technician Greicy González, who highlighted the importance of joint work between district and regional teams to ensure the success of the 2026 Summer Workshop and to continue strengthening pedagogical practices for the benefit of early childhood.
