Haitian dies after receiving blow to the head during a fight in Villa González

Santiago. – A man of Haitian nationality died after receiving a blow to the head during a fight that occurred in the La Breña sector, of the municipality of Villa González, Santiago province. The victim was identified as Naissen, 38 years old, who, according to preliminary information, had an argument with another man that escalated into a fight.

During the altercation, the foreigner would have been hit on the head with a stick, an impact that caused his death at the scene. After committing the assault, the alleged murderer, of Dominican nationality, fled, so the authorities are maintaining a search operation to find his whereabouts. So far, the National Police has not offered official details about the identity of the aggressor or the causes that originated the confrontation. The body was taken to the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) in Santiago, where it remains awaiting the arrival of family members for the corresponding procedures. The National Police and the Public Ministry are investigating the incident with the aim of clarifying the circumstances in which it occurred and determining responsibilities. This event adds to other episodes of violence recorded in recent days in the municipality of Villa González, a situation that has generated concern among residents, who demand a greater police presence and preventive actions to strengthen citizen security.
