Santo Domingo Este. The National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF) determined that four-month-old baby Taylor Dairen Reynoso died from severe traumatic brain injury, according to the forensic report issued as part of the investigation into his death, which occurred at a daycare center in the San Isidro sector.
The autopsy result constitutes one of the main pieces of evidence in the process being carried out by the Public Prosecutor’s Office to clarify the circumstances in which the infant lost his life.
After the report was released, the family’s legal representation stated that their priority is for the authorities to continue with the pending investigative proceedings, including obtaining the security camera footage from the childcare center and the appearance of the daycare owners.

The minor’s mother stated that she still does not know how the events occurred and reiterated her call for the investigation to proceed with speed to establish the circumstances of the death and any responsibilities that may arise from the case.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office is expected to keep the investigations open while it collects evidence and carries out the corresponding actions to clarify what happened.
