Loan shark assaulted in front of Villa Hermosa City Hall, in La Romana

Villa Hermosa, La Romana. — A loan shark, who also works as the main check exchanger for the employees of the Villa Hermosa City Council, was assaulted in front of the municipal council building by two hooded individuals who were riding a motorcycle and carrying firearms. According to preliminary information, the assailants robbed the victim of a package. The amount of money stolen has not yet been determined.
