Man arrested who had been wanted since 2022 accused of alleged sexual assault

The National Police arrested in Barahona a man who had been a fugitive since 2022, accused of allegedly having abused two of his underage daughters. This is Raúl Vásquez Marte, a resident of the community of La Cabirma, in the Municipal District of Zambrana, who was being pursued under arrest warrant number 352-2022-AJ-00762.

At that time, the apprehended person, upon learning that he was being pursued by the authorities, fled and was recently apprehended. He is under the care of the Public Ministry, who will be brought to justice in the coming hours for the events.
