The detainee was transferred to the Homicide Department of the Cibao Central Directorate, where he remained in custody and did not offer statements to the press. According to his preliminary version, De Sena Javier alleged that the victim kept him in constant turmoil due to alleged repeated thefts on his property, a situation that would have led to the confrontation. The Public Ministry is preparing to bring the accused to justice in the coming hours, while the authorities continue to deepen the investigations to determine responsibilities and clarify the facts.
