Marco Rubio, on the reward for Diosdado Cabello: “U.S. policy has not changed”
Washington.- U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated this Tuesday that his country’s policy “has not changed” when asked if the reward for the capture of Venezuela’s Interior Minister, Diosdado Cabello, remains in place.
“The United States policy on this issue has not changed and when it does, we will let you know,” responded the head of US diplomacy in Spanish at a press conference at the White House. Diosdado Cabello, a prominent figure in Chavismo, is accused by the U.S. Justice Department of drug trafficking, and the State Department offers on its website a reward of up to 25 million dollars for information leading to his arrest. We recommend reading: Marco Rubio says he wants to speak with Leo XIV about sending humanitarian aid to Cuba
