Michael B. Jordan and Christopher McQuarrie will adapt the video game ‘Battlefield’ for the big screen
Los Angeles.- Oscar winner Michael B. Jordan and screenwriter and director Christopher McQuarrie will bring the adaptation of the military video game ‘Battlefield’ to the big screen, according to The Hollywood Reporter this Friday.
The project is in an early stage of development, and the plot details are kept under wraps.
According to the specialized magazine, the recent winner of the Oscar for Best Actor for ‘Sinners’ (‘The Sinners’) will produce the film and is also considering starring in it.
McQuarrie, for his part, will be in charge of writing, directing, and producing this film adaptation of one of Electronic Arts’ most emblematic first-person shooter franchises.
