Buenos Aires.- The president of Argentina, Javier Milei, departed this Wednesday for Quito to meet with his Ecuadorian counterpart, Daniel Noboa, on a trip that will then continue to Cali to participate on Friday in the inauguration ceremony of the president-elect of Colombia, Abelardo de la Espriella.
The president’s official agenda will begin this Thursday with a floral offering at the Plaza de la Independencia in Quito and will continue with a meeting with Noboa, in which his sister and Secretary General of the Presidency, Karina Milei, and his Foreign Minister, Pablo Quirno, will participate.
Once the meeting concludes, both presidents will sign a series of bilateral agreements, which, as announced to the press by the Ecuadorian ambassador to Argentina, Diana Salazar, will focus on issues of extradition, cybersecurity, air services, the fight against organized crime, and the automotive sector.
On Thursday afternoon, Milei will hold a meeting with representatives of the automotive sector, and Quirno will participate in the opening of an economic forum at the Swissôtel hotel.

The Argentine president will then depart with his entourage for the Colombian city of Cali to attend the inauguration of De la Espriella the following day.
On Friday morning, Milei is scheduled to meet with Israel’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Gideon Saar, in a meeting that will also be attended by Quirno and Karina Milei.
Subsequently, De la Espriella will receive the Argentine president and his delegation for a meeting before his inauguration, which will be held in the afternoon at the USC Arena of the Santiago de Cali University, in a ceremony for which King Felipe VI of Spain and several Latin American presidents have already confirmed their attendance, including the Chilean José Antonio Kast and the Paraguayan Santiago Peña, in addition to Noboa himself.
