Minors involved in recording and disseminating sexual videos are arrested in Spain

Spain.- The Spanish National Police reported the arrest of two minors for having participated in the recording and dissemination of a sexual video in which the victim, also a minor, appears while having relations with the person involved. Both investigated are accused as alleged perpetrators of sexual assault, corruption of minors and disclosure of secrets, were released and handed over to their parents The investigation began on January 16th, when the mother of a minor went to the police station that the National Police has in Torrelavega, to report that she had learned through several mothers of her daughter’s classmates about the existence of a video circulating among female students of the educational center. In these images, according to the Police, the young woman appeared to be having sexual relations with her boyfriend, allegedly recorded by a friend of the victim, without her consent.

Following the complaint, the investigation revealed that the video had been recorded at the young man’s home, where the three minors were present. Subsequently, the person who recorded the video showed it to other classmates, whom she threatened to assault if they told what had happened. The next day, the victim explained to her companions that she had agreed to have sexual relations with the young man, due to the pressure exerted by both him and his friend. Following the investigations carried out, the agents analyzed the video recording, where they were able to verify how the victim requested that the actions cease, ignoring both the young man and the friend.
