Mexico.– Miss Universe 2025, Fátima Bosch, reports intimidation and asserts that she does not regret defending her position, after posting a message on her social media referring to the repercussions that, she claims, she continues to face months after an episode that occurred during her participation in Miss Universe.

The Mexican woman shared the statement through her Instagram account, where she pointed out that she decided to tell her experience with the intention that other women do not have to go through similar situations.

Bosch maintained that a woman should not be the object of intimidation attempts for expressing herself, setting boundaries, or demanding treatment based on respect.

In his statement, Bosch indicated that he does not regret the decision he made during the incident to which he refers and assured that the consequences of that episode continue months later.

The model stated that defending personal dignity should not become a cause for fear and urged women not to back down in the face of possible retaliation.

“No threat should make us back down in the fight for a world where women can raise their voices without fear of retaliation,” Bosch expressed in part of her post.

The current Miss Universe also mentioned that what happened was publicly recorded. “The whole world saw what happened that day. Everything was recorded. There is nothing more to say,” she wrote at the end of the statement.

Pronouncement occurs after controversy with Nawat

The message comes amid the repercussions of the dispute between Bosch and Thai businessman Nawat Itsaragrisil, who was linked to the organization of the 2025 edition of Miss Universe in Thailand.

The controversy originated during the activities prior to the pageant’s final, when Bosch publicly denounced the treatment received during an exchange with the businessman.

According to the version offered by the Mexican woman, the conflict arose after Nawat complained to her about the promotion of Thailand as the host country. Bosch subsequently maintained that she had been the subject of an insult, a version that the businessman denied.

The dispute continued after the Mexican woman won the Miss Universe crown.

More recently, Nawat reported on his social media about procedures related to a possible arrest warrant against Bosch for allegations of alleged defamation, false accusations, and dissemination of false information. The businessman accompanied his post with the image of what he presented as a police report.

However, the information released did not specify the procedural status of a potential arrest warrant.

Bosch focuses its message on the defense of women

In her new publication, the Mexican woman does not develop legal aspects of the controversy, but rather focuses her statement on her experience and on the right of women to defend themselves in situations they consider intimidating.

Today it is my turn to tell this story; my wish is that tomorrow no woman has to live it”, she pointed out in the header of her statement.

With the message, Fátima Bosch denounces intimidation and publicly maintains the position she has expressed since the beginning of the controversy, while asserting that she will continue to defend her right to demand respect.
