Miami .- NASA astronauts Chris Williams and Jessica Meir repaired the International Space Station’s (ISS) robotic arm this Tuesday during a spacewalk lasting more than 7 hours.
n” “nThe two crew members replaced a wrist joint of the arm that failed on May 27, when it recorded “high current consumption in the motor and did not move as expected,” the United States space agency reported in its live broadcast.
n” “nWilliams and Meir exited the orbital laboratory at 8:20 a.m. U.S. Eastern time (12:20 GMT), and concluded the spacewalk at 15:40 (19:40 GMT), after 7 hours and 20 minutes of work.
