La Vega, D.R.– Frankely Durán Delgado, 32, was presented to the authorities; he was being actively sought by members of the Regional Sub-directorate of Criminal Investigations (DICRIM) of the National Police via an arrest warrant for his alleged connection to a homicide.
The defendant’s appearance took place through their legal representative, after arrest warrant No. 2026-AJ0045155 was issued against them, dated June 2, 2026, for alleged violation of articles 295 and 304 of the Dominican Penal Code, which classify homicide and acts of violence that cause death.
