Santo Domingo.- Noval Properties, a leading real estate developer and benchmark in the creation of residential, tourism, and mixed-use projects in the Dominican Republic, officially presented Coralia, an ambitious real estate development conceived to transform the waterfront in Santo Domingo East, with a proposal that integrates residential, hospitality, commercial spaces, recreational areas, and world-class amenities.
The project is located in the Avenida España corridor, within Santo Domingo Este, an area recognized as one of the main axes of urban growth and appreciation in Greater Santo Domingo, driven by its coastal location, its connectivity, and its potential for transformation within the country’s metropolitan development.
The information was released during the launch event, where Mr. César Latrilla, CEO of Noval Properties, indicated that “Coralia is not simply a real estate project; it is a city vision designed under a mixed-use concept that includes six condo-hotel towers, a hotel tower, a convention center, a sky lounge, a commercial area, recreational areas, and parking, articulated within an urban ecosystem oriented to respond to new ways of living, investing, and enjoying the city”.
Likewise, he said that Coralia is born from a vision of evolution and transformation to develop a project that not only offers real estate units, but a comprehensive urban living experience. “We are projecting Santo Domingo Este because we understand that this is its moment of growth and transformation,” expressed César Latrilla.
During the presentation, the Noval Properties executives present at the event highlighted that the project represents support for planned vertical development, real estate investment, and the consolidation of East Santo Domingo as a territory with high appreciation potential.

The development will feature six 50-level residential towers and one 31-level hotel tower, a convention center with a capacity for 6,000 people, commercial areas, gastronomic spaces, entertainment zones, and a wide range of complementary services. The towers will feature interior amenities such as a lobby lounge, coworking spaces, a food & beverages area, a snack bar, a media room, a game room, a mini club, and a gym. Likewise, it will include exterior areas such as a pool bar, BBQ zone, solarium, garden, spa, playground, sports areas, and a beauty center.
According to Noval Properties, Coralia will be developed in phases, with the goal of optimizing the project’s execution and ensuring the continuous evolution of its masterplan.
