Noval Properties participates in FITUR 2026, promoting the development and construction of hotels in the Dominican Republic

Santo Domingo. Noval Properties announced a strategic alliance with Accor to integrate the Swissôtel brand into the Jardines de Bellas Artes project, in Santo Domingo. The development will operate under a mixed Hotel & Residences format, combining hotel operation and high-end residences in front of the Palacio de Bellas Artes. This agreement represents Noval Properties’ first project in the Dominican capital under the hotel and residences concept, as well as Swissôtel’s official entry into the Dominican Republic, establishing operations in Santo Domingo and expanding the country’s urban hospitality offerings. The signing of the agreement and its public presentation took place during FITUR 2026, which is held from January 21 to 25 at IFEMA Madrid, one of the main international meetings of the tourism and investment industry.

Accor, one of the world’s most important hotel groups, has a presence in more than 110 countries and a network of more than 5,700 hotels. Through this alliance, it contributes one of the premium brands from its portfolio to the project. In the case of Swissôtel, Accor reports an operation of 44 hotels and 15,881 rooms as of June 30, 2025, with a focus on urban hospitality, contemporary design, and well-being. Noval Properties highlighted that this incorporation is part of its growth strategy, aimed at working with top-tier international operators and diversifying its offer towards mixed-use projects in key urban destinations. Jardines de Bellas Artes is part of Noval Properties’ expansion into new markets, after delivering over 3,200 units in Bávaro–Punta Cana and consolidating its presence in Santo Domingo and Las Terrenas, responding to the growing demand for urban tourism and residences with integrated hotel services. The presentation at FITUR will allow us to showcase the scope of the project and its value proposition, which integrates residences, hospitality, and services in an emblematic urban environment of the historical and cultural center of Santo Domingo.
