Peña Suazo to his followers: “When you are facing a problem, an adversity, do not give up”

La Altagracia.- Dominican merengue artist Peña Suazo urged his followers this Friday to remain calm and not let themselves be overcome by difficulties, while sharing a reflection on how to face adversities with patience and serenity.

Through a personal experience lived in Bávaro, the artist highlighted the importance of enduring difficult moments without despairing, trusting that every situation has its time to change.

“When you are facing a problem, an adversity, do not panic, stay calm,” the merengue singer specified.

Suazo recounted that, while he was at the place where he was staying, he observed a small insect in a pool that appeared to be lifeless. The next day, he decided to take it out of the water and place it in a safe spot. However, he noticed that it was still moving, so he moved it to an area where it could receive sunlight.

“When I arrive, wherever I am staying, I see there is a pool. I want to go for a swim, but it is late because I have to go to an activity. I look into the pool, I see a little horse that seems to have died in its eagerness to drink water there. But I saw it and, calm, I left it there. The next day when I go to swim, the first thing I do is take the little horse out and put it in a corner of the pool,” the artist recounted in a post he made on his Instagram account.

According to what he said, about 30 or 35 minutes later he returned to the place and discovered that the insect was no longer there. The experience led him to reflect on the ability to withstand difficulties and wait for the right moment to move forward.

“That left me with a lesson: Since the day before, he was struggling with his adversity and endured it calmly. But, nevertheless, when I helped him and he dried his wings, it seems he flew away,” highlighted the performer of the song “Mi Mujer Me Gobierna”.

Faced with the situation, the merengue singer invited his followers not to despair when facing adverse situations, but to maintain serenity and trust that circumstances can change.

“From that little horse I learned that when things are going wrong, that is when you must remain calm, and when your moment arrives, you take flight. Be happy and keep going hard!”, expressed the merengue singer.

Peña Suazo highlights the power of ataraxia to face adversities with serenity

The interpreter also referred to the term “ataraxia”, a philosophical concept associated with the state of tranquility, serenity, and absence of disturbance in the soul or mind when facing difficulties, as an attitude that can help to face complicated moments with greater balance.

With this message, Peña Suazo invited his community to cultivate patience, maintain hope, and remember that adversities do not have to represent the end of the road, but rather an opportunity to grow stronger and continue moving forward.
