n” “nThe detainee was identified as Natali Fernández Moreno, alias “Fabián”, 36 years old, a resident of the La Vigía area, who was arrested by agents of the Property Crimes Investigation Division (DICRIM), attached to the Northwest Regional Directorate, following intelligence and investigative work.
n” “nAccording to the police report, the incident occurred in the early hours of last June 16, when the victims were intercepted by two individuals armed with handguns and bladed weapons upon arriving at a home located on Dulce de Jesús Senfleur street.
