Police seek young woman accused of killing her younger sister in San Francisco de Macorís

San Francisco de Macorís. – A young woman identified as Akeisy Valerio de Jesús is actively sought by the authorities, after being pointed out as the alleged perpetrator of the death of her sister Aneisy Ceballos de Jesús, 14 years old, in an event that occurred on Wednesday night in the Taina sector of this city. Preliminary reports indicate that the teenager lost her life after receiving several shots. After the event, the alleged aggressor would have left the scene, which led the National Police to deploy an operation to find her whereabouts. Police officers, representatives of the Public Ministry, and personnel from the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (Inacif) arrived at the scene, where they removed the body and collected evidence for the investigation process. Authorities indicated that they continue to deepen investigations to clarify the circumstances in which the event occurred and urged the person indicated to surrender through the corresponding channels.
