Police seize alleged drugs, money, and equipment in raid in La Vega
La Vega, D.R.– Members of the Criminal Investigation Sub-directorate (DICRIM) of the National Police, in coordination with the Public Ministry, carried out a raid in the Arenoso sector of this city, where items linked to the investigation were seized.
During the intervention, two women were detained, one of them for investigation purposes and the other, identified as Yulenny María Jiménez Pérez, 22 years old, from whom a portion of alleged cocaine, the sum of RD$20,500.00 pesos in cash, an iPhone 12 Pro Max cell phone, a notebook with notes related to alleged illicit activities, and several boxes of ziploc-type plastic bags were seized.

The seized evidence was sent along with the detainees to the corresponding departments for the appropriate legal purposes, while investigations continue.
