Padre Las Casas.- — The Regional Education Directorate 03 of Azua carried out the delivery and supervision of the installation of modern laboratory equipment at the María de los Santos Pérez Educational Center, located in the community of Hato Nuevo, belonging to the Educational District 03-02 of Padre Las Casas.
The initiative is part of the actions promoted by the Ministry of Education to strengthen science teaching and improve learning conditions in the province’s schools.
The delivered equipment includes specialized cases for the areas of Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geology, Optics, Mechanics and Thermodynamics, intended to reinforce the practical and experimental training of the students.
According to the educational authorities, the investment made amounts to approximately RD$17 million, reaffirming the institutional commitment to strengthening educational quality and developing scientific skills in students.
The delivery and supervision were led by regional technicians María Altagracia Beltré and Francel Navarro, who highlighted the importance of integrating modern tools into the educational process to ensure a more dynamic and innovative teaching.
Representatives from Regional 03 noted that these teams will allow students to develop greater skills in the scientific area, contributing to a more practical education and in line with current demands.
