Sepúlveda explained that one of the main contributions of the fair is to educate those interested on how real estate transactions work in the country. “Not many people know these processes, even being Dominicans. Here the bank assists and facilitates everything, which generates trust,” he indicated.“This is something super legitimate. Here people can see all the investment options, the real estate companies and have the support of an institution that offers financing and guidance,” he affirmed.
Senator Luis Sepúlveda values Banreservas’ real estate fair as a safe space to invest
New York.– State Senator Luis Sepúlveda highlighted the importance of Banreservas’ Third Real Estate Fair, calling it a reliable and transparent space for the diaspora to invest in the Dominican Republic.
During his participation in the event, the legislator expressed feeling “very proud” to be present, while emphasizing that this type of initiative counteracts the risks of real estate scams that, on occasion, affect members of the community abroad.
