New York.– State Senator Luis Sepúlveda highlighted the importance of Banreservas’ Third Real Estate Fair, calling it a reliable and transparent space for the diaspora to invest in the Dominican Republic. During his participation in the event, the legislator expressed feeling “very proud” to be present, while emphasizing that this type of initiative counteracts the risks of real estate scams that, on occasion, affect members of the community abroad.

“This is something super legitimate. Here people can see all the investment options, the real estate companies and have the support of an institution that offers financing and guidance,” he affirmed.

Sepúlveda explained that one of the main contributions of the fair is to educate those interested on how real estate transactions work in the country. “Not many people know these processes, even being Dominicans. Here the bank assists and facilitates everything, which generates trust,” he indicated.

Furthermore, he highlighted that the fair not only attracts Dominicans, but also foreigners interested in investing in the Dominican real estate market, thus expanding the reach of this type of event. The senator also showed personal interest in acquiring properties in the country. “I want to see if I participate, to see if in the future I also buy some properties there“, he commented. Finally, he reiterated his commitment to continue supporting initiatives that benefit the Dominican and Latino community in New York, considering that this type of space strengthens the bond of the diaspora with their country of origin and promotes safe investments. Sepúlveda accompanied Wester Hernández, CEO of the company Tu Casa RD, who valued the senator’s support for this initiative and highlighted his support for the Dominican diaspora.
