They dictate 3 months of preventive prison against another implicated in the murder of “Nini” in SFM

San Francisco de Macorís. – A court imposed three months of pre-trial detention against Yerlin Fortunato Martínez, known as “Yerlin 42”, for his alleged involvement in the death of Luis Gustavo Grullón de Aza, alias “Nini”.

The event occurred on August 26, 2025, in front of the Courthouse of this city, where the victim was killed. According to the investigations, the accused would have been part of the structure involved in the crime, based on evidence collected by the authorities.

The measure must be fulfilled in the Correction and Rehabilitation Center (CCR) of Elías Piña. The case is still ongoing, while the authorities are advancing in the investigations to establish all responsibilities.
