n” “nAccording to the complaint document filed by the individual named Leonardo Guillermo Selman Fernández, the individual named Starlin Noboa Ysabel “Angelo Millones” appeared at the aforementioned jewelry store, located in the National District, making a multi-million purchase of jewelry and leaving a portion unpaid, for which, according to the seller, he has received threats after attempting to collect the remaining sum.
n” “n“He has dedicated himself to threatening me, telling me to do whatever I want, hanging up the call on me, not responding to messages,” the complainant states in the complaint document.
n” “nSimilarly, through a video sent to this newsroom, Mr. Raffy Junior De Oleo Vasquez, owner of the jewelry store Trato Fino, reported that he is allegedly receiving threats from “Anyelo Millones” after having sold a watch valued at more than US$146,000.00, with a portion of that money still owed to him. After making several calls to collect the payment, the individual allegedly responds with strong threats and intimidating videos.
