Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Brazilian authorities confirmed this Monday the identity of three of the six people who lost their lives following the collision of two helicopters that occurred on Sunday in the Recreio dos Bandeirantes sector, in the western zone of Rio de Janeiro.
According to the Rio de Janeiro Civil Police, the identified victims are pilots Charles Marsillac and Alexandre Souza, as well as Brazilian music producer Lucas Brito. Meanwhile, forensic work continues to officially identify the other deceased, whose bodies were severely affected by the fire caused after the impact.
Among the people listed on the flight manifest of one of the aircraft are American singer Oliver Tree, Argentine content creator Gaspar Prim Díaz, known as “Gaspi”, and Argentine audiovisual director Lucas Vignale. However, authorities have not yet officially confirmed their identities through forensic testing.

The accident occurred around 8:59 in the morning, when both aircraft collided in mid-air. One of the helicopters fell onto a private parking lot, causing a fire that destroyed nearly 20 electric vehicles, while the second aircraft crashed about 100 meters from the first point of impact.
Local authorities reported that the helicopters were conducting transfer flights to various tourist destinations in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Likewise, they noted that both pilots had extensive experience in aviation.
