Santo Domingo. – Political leader Tomás Hernández Alberto congratulated President Luis Abinader for assuming the Presidency of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) and highlighted the renewal of the party leadership as an opportunity to continue strengthening the unity, organization, and commitment of the main ruling political force.
Hernández Alberto extended his congratulations to Juan Garrigo Mejía, who assumed the General Secretariat of the PRM, highlighting the importance of this responsibility to promote an organization that is increasingly closer to its leaders, militants, and Dominican society.
Likewise, he congratulated Deligne Ascención for assuming the First Executive Vice Presidency, and Gloria Reyes, the new Organization Secretary, wishing them success in the roles they are now taking on within the party structure.

The political leader considered that the new stage beginning for the PRM represents an opportunity to deepen the process of institutional strengthening, renew the enthusiasm of the membership, and consolidate an organization prepared to take on the political challenges of the present and the future.
“We sincerely congratulate President Luis Abinader, and each of the new PRM authorities. We are convinced that this new leadership will know how to lead the party with unity, responsibility, and a vision for the future, strengthening its structures and keeping the commitment to the Dominican people alive,” expressed Hernández Alberto.
Likewise, he highlighted that unity constitutes one of the main pillars to guarantee the strength of the PRM and called on all leadership and membership to work in a coordinated manner, with discipline and a sense of purpose, in favor of the growth and consolidation of the organization.
Hernández Alberto reiterated his commitment to continue contributing to the strengthening of the PRM and supporting the leadership of President Luis Abinader, while wishing success to the new authorities in this stage which, he stated, must be marked by unity, organization, and permanent work.
“Success and onward, for a PRM that is increasingly strong, united, and committed to the future of the Dominican Republic!”, he concluded.
