Tomás Hernández Alberto reaffirms total support for President Luis Abinader and calls on the PRM to maintain its unity and strength

Santo Domingo. – Political leader Tomás Hernández Alberto expressed his absolute and unreserved support for the actions and appointments made by the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, highlighting that these decisions strengthen institutionalism, consolidate the government project and reaffirm the president’s commitment to the integral development of the country. Hernández Alberto emphasized that President Abinader governs in close coordination with the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), listening to its leadership, respecting its base, and making responsible decisions that respond to the interests of the Dominican people and the historical vision of the party.

“The PRM cannot lose its essence or its strength. We are a united, democratic party committed to real change. President Luis Abinader does not govern with his back to his party; he governs alongside the PRM, with its base, with its leadership, and with the people,” he affirmed.

In that sense, he made a clear and direct call to the comrades of the PRM not to be confused by sectors or by some media outlets that try to create false narratives, wrongly assuring that the president does not take into account the base of the party.

“That’s not true. President Abinader has shown with actions that he values, respects, and listens to his party. Every step he takes is aimed at strengthening the government, the PRM, and bringing development, stability, and well-being to the Dominican nation,” he emphasized.

Tomás Hernández Alberto reiterated that unity, loyalty, and political maturity are fundamental at this historic moment, urging the leadership and membership to close ranks around the leadership of President Luis Abinader and the transformation project he leads. Finally, he assured that only with a strong, united, and aware PRM of its historical responsibility will it be possible to continue promoting the development of the country and consolidate the progress achieved under the current government management.
