Trump expresses concern and orders full federal support in the search for Savannah Guthrie’s mother

United States.- President Donald Trump expressed his deep concern over the disappearance of journalist Savannah Guthrie’s mother and assured that his government is closely following the development of the case, which he described as a priority. Through a message posted on his social network Truth Social, the president stated that he has ordered all available federal support to reinforce the investigation and achieve the safe return of the missing woman. “I spoke with Savannah Guthrie and let her know that I am directing ALL law enforcement to be with the family and that local authorities have full disposition in this case immediately”, Trump wrote. For her part, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt reported that both she and the president closely followed the press conference offered by Sheriff Nanos. Leavitt described the search as a “heartbreaking situation” and reiterated the federal government’s commitment.

“Any request made by state and local officials in the search for Ms. Guthrie will be met without fail,” assured the presidential spokesperson. Leavitt also confirmed that this Thursday he had a conversation with the FBI director, Kash Patel, to coordinate efforts around the case. “Our thoughts and prayers are with Savannah and her entire family as they search for their beloved mother,” he concluded. Authorities continue search efforts, while national attention remains focused on the case and the joint response of the different levels of government.
