New York. – The company Tu Casa RD expressed its enthusiasm for participating for the third consecutive time in the Banreservas Real Estate Fair in the United States, an event aimed at the Dominican diaspora interested in acquiring homes in the Dominican Republic with financing facilities. Wester Hernández, CEO of the firm, stated that the company pioneered the promotion of this initiative in US territory, highlighting that the expectations for this edition are “incredible” due to the wide range of projects available. He indicated that attendees can access discounts on low-cost apartments, housing with housing bonds, as well as luxury properties and in tourist areas. Hernández underscored that Tu Casa RD promotes “almost all Dominican projects that are safe and reliable,” while emphasizing its motto based on security and trust, in a context where they seek to protect the diaspora from potential real estate scams.

The businessman also highlighted that, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, the company has managed to consolidate the trust of its clients, positioning itself as one of the safest real estate companies in the country. The Third Banreservas Real Estate Fair is held from this Wednesday, March 18th to Friday the 20th at the Radio Hotel in New York City, and will extend over the weekend in Lawrence, Massachusetts, facilitating access for Dominicans residing in different areas of the United States. In the activity, around 40 developers and real estate companies participate, along with a team of specialized managers and advisors who offer direct guidance to those interested. For this edition, Banreservas plans to exceed the figures of the previous year, when financing requests for more than 8 billion pesos were registered for some 600 homes, reflecting the growing interest of the diaspora in investing in their country of origin.
