Santo Domingo.– While a large part of the events aimed at the business sector continue to focus their proposal on traditional conferences or networking spaces, a new initiative seeks to rethink the way professionals, entrepreneurs, and brands experience this type of event.
On July 25th, Centro Media will be the stage for Last Stop Dominican Republic, an immersive experience conceived by branding strategist Enmanuel Encarnación, which takes inspiration from the structure of an airport to build a journey where each participant goes through different “stops” of learning, strategy, connections, and professional transformation.
More than just a conference agenda, the proposal presents a complete narrative in which the attendee ceases to be a spectator to become part of an experience designed from branding, psychology, creativity, communication, and business development.
The initiative will bring together national and international specialists, with representation from the United States and Switzerland, who will share knowledge on leadership, brand building, emotional intelligence, creativity, marketing, business, and human development, under a single premise: understanding that professional growth rarely happens in a straight line and that, on many occasions, the greatest opportunities appear precisely during the stopovers along the way.
The production incorporates a setting inspired by the aviation industry, where attendees are welcomed as flight passengers, interact with a crew, go through boarding processes, and participate in spaces designed to generate conversations, strategic connections, and moments of high emotional impact.

One of the elements that distinguishes Última Escala is its commitment to integrating disciplines that are traditionally presented independently. Experts in branding, marketing, psychology, communication, customer experience, human development, and creativity converge on the same stage, promoting a broader vision of the challenges currently faced by those who lead brands, companies, or personal projects.
As part of the strategic alliances born around this initiative, Última Escala will also serve as a platform to officially present Marketing Unplugged, an experience created by Clayra Morales, CEO of TBA Marketing Digital, which will celebrate its first edition on August 22nd.
The project will bring together leaders in marketing, advertising, communication, and branding to drive conversations about innovation, collaboration, and the new dynamics that are transforming the industry, thereby strengthening the professional ecosystem that both initiatives seek to build.
According to its creator, Enmanuel Encarnación, the purpose of Última Escala is not only to transmit knowledge, but to offer a space where people can rethink decisions, strengthen their vision, and connect with professionals who bring new perspectives to their growth.
The experience also includes private spaces for strategic relationship-building, activations from partner brands, networking zones, and experiences designed to extend learning beyond the main stage, reinforcing an international trend that favors immersive formats capable of generating greater connection, recall, and impact among attendees.
With a trajectory that has already spanned Puerto Rico, Colombia, and Switzerland, and with upcoming editions planned in Italy and Spain (Madrid and Barcelona), Última Escala continues to consolidate a proposal that seeks to position the Dominican Republic as a meeting point for the exchange of knowledge, innovation, and business development.
In a context where companies are looking for more meaningful ways to connect with their audiences and where professional learning is evolving towards increasingly experiential formats, Última Escala presents itself as a platform that redefines the way of learning, connecting, and growing.
The event will be held on July 25th at Centro Media, Santo Domingo, bringing together business owners, creatives, executives, entrepreneurs, students, and professionals interested in strengthening their vision, expanding their network, and discovering new perspectives for the development of their projects.
