With completely sold-out tickets and attendance that exceeded all expectations, Última Escala consolidated itself as one of the most innovative business experiences held in the Dominican Republic, redefining the way of connecting personal growth, branding, and business through an immersive proposal that impacted entrepreneurs, business owners, creatives, and leaders from across the country.

Created by Enmanuel Encarnación, founder of Creative Empire, the event broke away from the traditional conference format by developing an experience inspired by an airport, where every lecture, panel, activity, and space was part of a single journey designed to demonstrate that great brands begin with the transformation of the person behind them.

The international dimension of the event was one of its greatest differentiators. For the first time, a Dominican stage brought together Hispanic businesswomen based in the United States and Switzerland to share, from their own experiences, the reality of entrepreneurship outside the country and demonstrate that success does not depend on where one lives, but on the ability to build with discipline, resilience, and purpose.

The panel was composed of Margaret Núñez, CEO of Kora and StaffDo, as well as co-founder of Ciano Gourmet, who participated from San Francisco, California; Melida Moreno, founder of Onda Latina, from Switzerland; Evelyn Contreras, founder of Estilismo con Propósito and co-founder of Creative & Brand Global Experience in NYC, also from Switzerland; and Steffi Frías, CEO of Toddler Town Learning Center and co-founder of Por Amor a Mí, from Connecticut, United States. Their stories of perseverance, adaptation, and growth became one of the most inspiring moments of the entire day.

The experience also integrated lectures, specialized panels, immersive dynamics, and the renowned “Turbulences,” allowing each attendee to stop being a spectator and become the protagonist of their own transformation process.

One of the most emotional moments was the recognition awarded to the outstanding communicator Jatnna Tavárez for her Legacy of an Authentic Personal Brand, as a tribute to a career built on credibility, consistency, and authenticity, becoming a benchmark for generations of professionals and entrepreneurs.

The success of this first edition was made possible thanks to the support of a solid ecosystem of sponsors and strategic partners. Participating as partners were Creative Empire, Clayra Morales | LA BOSS, TBA Marketing Digital, Centro Media, Ciano Gourmet, Bixper, Monerías Gift Shop, and Arise Branding Studio.

Likewise, the event was sponsored by Inversiones Sasori, Kora, De Pura Cepa, Finally, Ysabel Shop, Economízate, La Libreta de Lola, Onda Latina Hair Spa, RC Pub, Babysec, Ice Blue, Lemisol, Genuinas by Melina, Asociación Peravia de Ahorros y Préstamos, Tazalia, and Surprise Breakfast, in addition to the support of businesswomen Evelyn Contreras and Steffi Frías, who bet on a proposal focused on promoting human, professional, and business growth.

For Enmanuel Encarnación, the result represents the confirmation of a vision that was born long before the event opened its doors.

“We never wanted to create just another conference. We wanted to design an experience that would remain in people’s memories long after it ended. If someone left believing in themselves again and understanding that their story also has value, then the journey fulfilled its mission.”

Following the success achieved in the Dominican Republic, Creative Empire announced the international expansion of Última Escala, with upcoming editions confirmed in Switzerland, Italy, Spain, and the United States, consolidating a project that seeks to continue bringing high-impact immersive experiences to Hispanic communities around the world.

With this first edition, Última Escala did not just present a new business event format. It demonstrated that true growth happens when knowledge stops being a lecture to become an experience capable of transforming people, inspiring decisions, and remaining in memory long after the flight has landed.
