Santiago.- A man identified as Eddy Rodríguez, alias El Chulo, was shot dead this Friday afternoon in the San Francisco de Los Cocos community, in Jacagua, north of Santiago, after being attacked by several individuals who fled immediately after the event. Rodríguez, who had recently been released from prison, received multiple shots that caused his death at the scene.
The deceased resided in the La Gloria sector, of the municipal district of Santiago Oeste.
According to preliminary information, the execution is attributed to an alleged “settling of scores,” although the authorities have not yet confirmed this version.
