Peralta, Azua.– An unusual hailstorm was recorded this Monday afternoon in the mountainous area of the municipality of Peralta, Azua province, a phenomenon that surprised residents and generated concern in agricultural communities.

According to community testimonies, the precipitation was accompanied by moderate rains and hailstones that, for several minutes, covered surfaces in elevated areas of the locality.
