San Cristóbal.– A woman lost her life allegedly at the hands of her partner in an incident that occurred in the municipal district of Hatillo, San Cristóbal province.
The victim was identified as Clarinete Asencio, while the alleged aggressor goes by the name of Royel Martínez de los Santos.
According to preliminary information, which has not yet been officially confirmed by the authorities, Martínez de los Santos allegedly used a pellet gun to cause the woman’s death.

So far, the National Police and the Public Ministry have not offered details regarding the circumstances of the incident or the whereabouts of the alleged perpetrator.
The authorities are keeping the investigations open to clarify what happened and determine the corresponding responsibilities.
