Berlin.- Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced changes to his government this Sunday, with the aim of ensuring the implementation of a renewed political strategy, which includes the departure after just one year in office of Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko, who will take on a new responsibility in foreign policy.

“Ukraine is changing its political strategy. Each priority axis of foreign policy will be in charge of a specific person with extensive experience, capable of carrying out what we agreed upon at the leadership level and what the Ukrainian people expect,” the president indicated in a message on Telegram.

“We have determined that, in order to carry out these changes, a renewal of the Council of Ministers is necessary. I thank Yulia for her clear, stable, and effective work in the position of Prime Minister (…) and I have proposed that she lead a new and important line of action in relations with a key partner,” he specified.
