Santo Domingo.- The businessman and CEO of Alofoke Media Group, Santiago Matías, expressed his condolences through his social media to artist Michael Flores following the passing of his niece this Sunday in a swimming pool incident while they were spending time with family at a ranch in Puerto Rico.
“Michael, I receive with deep sadness the news of the passing of your dear niece. There are not enough words to alleviate such great pain, but I want you to know that I am with you in this very difficult moment. May God grant you and your entire family strength, peace, and comfort to face this irreparable loss,” stated Matías.
According to information provided by the authorities, the incident was reported around 3:18 in the afternoon, while visuals were being recorded at the location for a music video featuring Michael Flores and the Dominican singer known artistically as La Perversa, along with family and friends.

According to preliminary investigation data, the minor was participating in the activity when she allegedly left the pool area to eat. Moments later, her relatives noticed her absence and began searching for her, and she was subsequently located in the pool area.
The girl received first aid on the scene and was subsequently transported to the hospital in the municipality of Salinas, Puerto Rico, where she passed away.

The tragedy has caused dismay among family members, close friends, and followers of the artists present at the activity, who hours earlier were sharing in a family and recreational environment.
In Santiago’s message, thousands of followers have expressed words of condolence and support to Flores and her family during this difficult time.
