Santo Domingo, RD.- Businessman Santiago Matías publicly reacted to the statements of communicator Caro Brito about the new season of the program “Sin Filtro Radio Show”, a space she was previously a part of. The controversy arose after Brito expressed that she does not like the current stage of the project, generating a direct response from her former boss. During his intervention, Matías assured that he respects the communicator’s opinion, although he considered her comments to be unfair. “Just as she doesn’t like this season of Sin Filtro, I didn’t like many things she did when she was part of the team,” expressed the businessman, during a call to the program ‘Jessica en Punto’ making his position clear regarding Brito’s criticisms.

Matías assured that among the reasons that influenced Brito’s departure were tardiness and lack of commitment and respect for the project. “She doesn’t like this season of Sin Filtro, but I didn’t like her arriving at 5:15 or 5:30 in the afternoon when the program started at 5:00 pm, nor that she would travel and not arrive on a Monday, leaving the team waiting,” he affirmed. He also indicated that the constant use of the cell phone during the broadcasts represented “a lack of respect for the guests and the audience.” The businessman highlighted that, unlike Brito, his former colleagues Yulay Piña, Denisse Peña and Robert Sánchez did remain in the new season due to their level of commitment to the space. According to him, staying in the project depends on the respect and responsibility they showed towards the platform. Likewise, he recalled that one of the most successful stages of the program was the one carried out with “Las Baturras”, a project led by Sandra Berrocal, Caro Brito, Denisse Peña, Yulay Piña and Candy Flow, along with Robert Sánchez, although he assured that this cycle “died of success” due to external situations that affected the stability of the team. In that sense, he stressed that projects need time to consolidate and overcome adaptation processes. The controversy originated after a call from Brito to the program “Jessica en Punto”, where he expressed his disagreement with the new season. Faced with this, Matías reiterated: “I blindly trust this season of “Sin Filtro”, making it clear that he supports the current team and is committed to the growth of the space in this new stage.
