Santo Domingo. – The mayor of San Pedro de Macorís, Raymundo Ortiz Díaz, announced this Tuesday the donation of the land where a psychiatric hospital will be built, a project that will have the economic support of the businessman Santiago Matías, better known as Alofoke. .

The announcement came minutes after Matías revealed in prime time the donation of 100 thousand dollars from the profits of the reality show La Casa de Alofoke, which will be channeled through the foundation of psychiatrist Alexandra Hichez.

For his part, Matías reiterated that his goal is to contribute to the strengthening of this sector, which, according to what he affirmed, has been relegated by both the State and the private sector.
