Demolitions begin in , Peru after damage caused by earthquake
Demolition work began Thursday on buildings in Vijes, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, that were severely damaged by the powerful earthquake that struck the region on August 10. Among the structures being demolished is the municipality’s church, a historic building dating back to 1884.
