President Donald Trump met with Ryder Williams, a lifeguard who went viral after rescuing a child, at the White House on Monday.
Trump welcomed Williams to the Oval Office and praised him for his actions, telling him that he was “a winner” from the first time he was seen working as a lifeguard.
Trump also told Williams that he was “destined to have a long and beautiful life.”
The child Williams rescued was also reportedly present in the Oval Office during the meeting.
