A sleeping man narrowly escaped serious injury after a truck reversing nearby crashed into a billboard, sending the massive structure falling directly toward him.
The impact caused the billboard to collapse onto the bench where the man was sleeping. One of its sharp corners landed just inches from his head, striking only a cigarette pack that was sitting beside him.
The impact jolted the man awake. He quickly realized how close he had come to being struck by the falling structure.
The incident was captured on video, showing just how narrowly the man avoided being crushed as the billboard came crashing down.
