SANTO DOMINGO.- For the third time this season, Andersson García won the Player of the Week award from the LNB Super League. This time he did it with only one vote advantage over Yeison Colomé.

García, from the Marineros de Puerto Plata, played three games and helped his team win two of them. He averaged 15.6 points, 7.3 assists, 12.6 rebounds, shot 58 percent from the field, and had an efficiency rating of 85. The forward received 23 of the 70 votes cast by the journalists covering the first division circuit, surpassing the 22 received by Colomé, a player for Cañeros del Este. Colomé also participated in three games, of which his team won two. He stood out with 25.0 units, 5.3 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 47 percent from the field, also achieving 60 in efficiency.
