SANTO DOMINGO – Club Atlético Pantoja will face Jarabacoa FC this Friday, in the match that will mark the opening of the fifth day of the Dominican Republic Football League. The Warriors arrive motivated after their victory against O&M FC and with the intention of climbing to the top positions in the standings.

The capital team is going through a great moment, with three consecutive victories and without conceding goals, a streak that has restored confidence after the setback in the season’s debut against Atlético Vega Real. Those led by Adolfo Monsalve will face a rival that is usually strong at home and that, despite not having obtained the expected results at the beginning of the tournament, has football resources to compete head-to-head.

“We have to play a very correct game to get a result that allows us to continue in the fight for the league lead,” Monsalve pointed out in the run-up to the match.

The Venezuelan strategist also highlighted his opponent’s ability.

“They have a coach who knows the league very well and also have players who set trends,” he added.

The match between Jarabacoa FC and Atlético Pantoja will be played this Friday at 4:00 p.m. at the Junior Mejía Stadium in Jarabacoa, and will be broadcast live through the official LDF channel on YouTube.
