Torrential rains and flooding are affecting eastern China as Typhoon Dolphin brings heavy precipitation and increases the risk of flooding in Zhejiang and other provinces.
In Wenzhou, more than 900,000 people were moved to safer areas, while authorities opened more than 1,000 emergency shelters.
Heavy rains continued even after the typhoon passed, with authorities maintaining flood and landslide warnings across several regions.
