1,560 children graduate in English completely free through the PROA Plan
The mayor highlighted that these achievements are evidence that the municipality is moving towards a more humane, inclusive vision based on real opportunities for all.“Today we are not only celebrating the culmination of an English level; we are celebrating the beginning of a different future for 1,560 boys and girls. Education is a treasure that no one can take away from them. Each new word, each effort, and each class is a key that will open doors for them for life,” Astacio affirmed.
Likewise, he recognized the parents for their support and the program’s technical team, headed by its coordinator Elvin Brito, who have worked on the expansion and strengthening of PROA.
The mayor reported that he will maintain his commitment to continue expanding the program, incorporating new levels of English and more training disciplines, so that thousands of children and adolescents continue to have access to free and quality education.“These children have already shown that they can move forward and that they can dream big. One day they will look back and know that PROA was the starting point of a life full of opportunities,” he expressed.
