Santo Domingo. – Specialist Alexandra Suberví Bello, Co-founder & CEO of ComplyOn S.R.L., officially presented ComplyOn, a firm specializing in Compliance, Consulting, and Mentoring, which was born with the purpose of transforming the way organizations conceive regulatory compliance, turning it into a strategic element to strengthen governance, manage risks, and generate trust.
During the presentation, Suberví Bello explained that the current business environment demands much more than just complying with regulations. In his view, organizations need compliance systems capable of providing real value to the business, strengthening the ethical culture, and contributing to institutional sustainability.
“At ComplyOn, we believe that true Compliance is not just about following the rules. It is about helping organizations make better decisions, manage their risks intelligently, and build a culture based on ethics and trust. Our goal is for compliance to be part of the business strategy and become a driver of growth and competitiveness,” stated Alexandra Suberví Bello.
As part of this vision, ComplyOn presented its “Active Compliance” methodology, a proprietary model designed to adapt each Compliance system to the reality of every organization, regardless of its size, sector, or level of development.

The methodology is developed in four fundamental stages: knowledge of the organization, risk assessment, design of the compliance system, and implementation. This process allows for the development of solid, practical programs oriented toward continuous improvement, generating five deliverables that constitute the documentary and operational basis of each client’s Compliance system.
Likewise, the firm offers two work modalities. The first consists of comprehensive consulting, where ComplyOn leads the entire implementation process together with the client. The second corresponds to a mentoring program aimed at organizations that wish to develop their compliance system internally with the technical support of specialists.
Suberví Bello explained that the company structures its services into three strategic areas:
- Compliance, for the design, implementation, and strengthening of compliance systems.
- Consulting, through specialized advice on regulatory compliance and corporate governance.
- Mentoring, aimed at developing internal capabilities to manage Compliance programs autonomously.
Among ComplyOn’s areas of expertise are criminal compliance, anti-money laundering, personal data protection, cybersecurity, good corporate governance, auditing, tax compliance, and the socio-labor field, among other disciplines.
The CEO highlighted that one of the firm’s main differentiators is its work model supported by technological tools and collaborative methodologies, which allows for offering a specialized, close, and adaptable service to organizations located anywhere in the country and abroad.
“Our commitment is to accompany each organization with personalized solutions, understanding that there are no universal compliance models. Every company has distinct risks, challenges, and objectives, and that is why every Compliance system must be custom-built,” he stated.
Alexandra Suberví Bello highlighted that ComplyOn was born with the mission of promoting a new culture of compliance, where prevention, transparency, and responsible management become fundamental pillars for the development of more solid, competitive, and sustainable organizations.
