Puerto Plata. – Nine days after the disappearance of the girl Brianna Genao Rosario, just three years old, the Public Ministry plans to request coercive measures against two maternal uncles of the minor on January 12, whom it directly links to her death, in a case that has shaken the community of Barrero and the country.
The request would be presented before the permanent attention court of the judicial district of Puerto Plata against Rafael Rosario Núñez, alias “Papito”, 52 years old, and Reyes Rosario Núñez, 43, who remain detained, while the investigations advance.
According to the authorities, the accusation will be based on evidence gathered during the investigative process, which they claim criminally implicates the accused.
