Caracas. – Caracas awoke this Sunday slowly, with empty streets, very little vehicle circulation and shops with long lines of shoppers, as confirmed by EFE, a day after the US attack in some parts of this capital and other surrounding areas and the capture of President Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.
