Santo Domingo.- The Ministry of Education of the Dominican Republic (Minerd) reminded that this Tuesday, January 6th, classes resume in all educational centers of the country, as part of the second period of the 2025-2026 school year.
The institution urged parents and guardians to ensure students’ attendance and punctuality, both in the public and private sectors, from the first day of the restart, in order to make the most of teaching time.
The Minerd highlighted that each class hour is key to strengthening learning, reducing educational gaps, and advancing towards a higher quality education.
