Tribunal dicta medidas de coerción en el #CasoSenasa

Santo Domingo.— El tribunal que conoce el Caso Senasa dictó este domingo medidas de coerción contra diez de los imputados vinculados a la investigación por presunto desfalco y corrupción en el Seguro Nacional de Salud (SeNaSa), en el marco de la Operación Cobra.

Medidas adoptadas:

• Santiago Marcelo Hazim – Prisión preventiva de 18 meses, CCR Najayo Hombres.
• Rafael Luis Martínez Hazim – Prisión preventiva de 18 meses, CCR Najayo Hombres.
• Gustavo Enrique Messina Cruz – Prisión preventiva de 18 meses, CCR Najayo Hombres.
• Germán Rafael Robles Quiñones – Prisión preventiva de 18 meses, CCR Najayo Hombres.
• Francisco Iván Minaya Pérez – Prisión preventiva de 18 meses, CCR Najayo Hombres.
• Eduardo Read Estrella – Arresto domiciliario y impedimento de salida del país.
