Santo Domingo.- Dominican Republic – The members of the Plenary of the Chamber of Accounts of the Dominican Republic (CCRD), headed by its president, Emma Polanco Melo, laid a floral offering at the Altar de la Patria, within the framework of the Month of the Homeland and the commemoration of the 182nd anniversary of National Independence. During the event, the institution reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, ethics, and accountability, following the example of national heroes. Dr. Polanco Melo highlighted that the CCRD works with responsibility and a vocation for service, reflecting honesty and transparency in its actions. The activity was attended by Vice President Francisco Tamárez Florentino, the members of the Plenary Francisco Franco, Ramón Méndez Acosta and Griselda Gómez Santana, as well as directors and collaborators of the institution. The event concluded with a message of unity and strengthening of democracy, in line with the historical principles of the Founding Fathers.
